Like someone else also mentioned, I also had the privilege to meet and speak to Dr. Lohr about this project, which I consider a great resource for someone personally dealing with mental health struggles, or has a loved one struggling with them. It can help you better understand the challenges and be able to help improve your situation, or at least bring clarity about it.

You can definitely feel the passion and love that Dr. Lohr has poured into this project, and he sees it as a way to contribute to humanity in a field that has been stigmatized for a long time (mental health) and pass on a great deal of knowledge to the next generation.

I will personally keep this in my arsenal as a help to navigate different illnesses that unfortunately show up amongst loved ones or even oneself.
